Company Profile

State-of-the-art production equipment and more than 30 years of commercial glass fabrication experience establish ITI Glass among the top glass fabricators in the Midwest. The company is a member of PPG Industries' Certified Fabricator Program.

History

Founded in 1975, ITI Glass first began fabricating insulated glass units and heat-treated float glass for Wichita, Kansas area glazing contractors. The company held a contract with Pizza Hut Corporation to manufacture insulated glass units for Pizza Hut restaurants. Restaurants were pre-assembled in Wichita and shipped throughout the country.

Today, ITI Glass has built a base of customers throughout the Midwest, and operates shipping routes in eight states; including Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas and South Dakota. With more than 30 years experience manufacturing insulated units and tempered glass, ITI Glass has grown to provide a variety of architectural glass and metal products for commercial glazing applications. The company fabricates a variety of architectural glass and metal products, including oversize tempered glass, insulated glass units, spandrel-coated glass, and packages for storefronts, curtain walls, entrances, handrails and shower doors.

A Growing Company

In March 2006, after six expansions at its previous facility near downtown Wichita, ITI Glass broke ground on a 65,000-square-foot facility in Bel Aire, a northern suburb of Wichita. ITI Glass was located at its previous facility since 1975. Completed in January 2007, the Bel Aire facility has enhanced ITI Glass' production layout and afforded additional space for equipment upgrades.

Since the move, ITI Glass has made several equipment upgrades, including a new Glassrobots tempering furnace with oversize capability added in 2007. In 2009, the company added CNC cutting and edging equipment and a new Bystronic insulated glass unit production line.
